WEEK-DAY RETREAT PROGRAMMES

The Weekday Retreat Programmes can be tailor-made exactly to the way you like them. At your initial complimentary consultation we have plenty of time to talk to you about your hopes and expectations for your stay. We will then suggest a personal programme for you to help you fulfill your needs. We aim for you to return home with a genuine sense of well-being and a new lease of life!


The Core Programme includes:


• accommodation with breakfast and supper


• a morning session before breakfast with meditation and/or gentle Yoga stretching


• an individual session consultation to ascertain your needs and requirementsg


• evening peace meditation


•We also invite you for country walks whenever we go out with the dogs.



WEEK-DAY RETREAT PROGRAMMES with optional INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

During weekdays we offer additional individual sessions by arrangement. This is a space in which you can address particular issues which may be troubling you and preventing you from getting the most out of your life.


There are four main combinations of Individual Sessions available. We work intuitively and will recommend and choose the necessary and appropriate approach for each client:

1. Psycho-Spiritual Therapy and Spiritual Counseling with Lisehanne.


Lisehanne has a unique combination of a nurturing, loving and highly professional approach which instantly makes you feel at ease and able to work with the most difficult of issues. She will help you recognise and overcome your struggles and bring renewed clarity and hope into your life.


Psycho-Spiritual Therapy and meditation techniques with visualisations are used to help you understand and move beyond, past and present emotional experiences which prevent you from thinking clearly or from moving forward in life.


Past Life Regression is often beneficial, which Lisehanne facilitates in order to relate latent experiences and impressions to present day complications to realize and release karma.


Spiritual Counselling helps you to see everything with a far greater perspective and empowers you to make positive and purposeful life choices.


Inspired Guidance can be offered through Ezekiel, an ascended master from the causal plain of light, for insights, guidance and understanding of your path in life.

2. Healing


At the Arimathean Retreat we use Healing through the Christos, which is considered to be the gentlest yet most powerful form of physical, emotional and soul healing available. It is drawn directly from the source and is especially aligned to the acceleration of energy within the new millennium.



3. Personalised Yoga and Meditation Programmes


Programmes are tailor made to suit your individual needs.


They are recorded for home practice so you can integrate your Yoga into your daily lifestyle.



4. Personalised Yoga Therapy Sessions


We work with very successful, scientifically developed Yoga Programmes which alleviate common diseases and stress-related disorders such as: anxieties : sleep disorders : headaches : cardio-vascular disorders : rehabilitation from illness : back-pain : asthma & respiratory problems : ME : addictions.


5. Half-Hour Experience Sessions


If you would like just to have a gentle and peaceful half hour, we offer to Retreat Guests only : gentle Yoga : deep relaxation : breathing techniques : healing : Indian head & face pressure-point massage : reflexology : soothing facial.

You are warmly invited to participate in our Yoga & Meditation Classes whenever space permits. We also offer Spiritual Discussion Groups open to everyone interested in meditation and sharing of spiritual concepts from the Arimathean Teachings of the Way.



Choose from a typical Weekday at Arimathean Retreat…

• Lunch in town - recommended to be followed by siesta & silent hour

• Supper at Arimathean Cottage

• Optional evening Yoga & meditation class or group space permitting

Arrivals are usually from 3pm unless arranged otherwise and the rooms are vacated on the day of departure by 11am. On that day, you are most welcome to use the cottage as your base until you are leaving Glastonbury. The Cottage usually wakes up at 7am and retires at 11pm, but you can of course lie-in and retire early as you wish.



WEEK-END RETREAT PROGRAMMES

The weekends at Arimathean Retreat are a real opportunity to come and experience something truly different. Their purpose is to offer a respite from your daily life as well as providing you with an opening to expand your personal & spiritual development.


WEEKEND WORKSHOP RETREATS… relax and experience.

This is a gentle weekend where you can take time to your self, rest up, explore Glastonbury and countryside as well as participate in any of our stimulating Saturday workshops of interest. This Retreat includes two nights accommodation, breakfast, supper, meditations and Saturday Workshops in Yoga and/or Personal & Spiritual Development.


You can stay Friday & Saturday nights or Saturday & Sunday nights as you may prefer. The Workshops take place on Saturday morning at 10 – 12.30 and afternoons from 2.30 – 5pm.

WEEKEND MODULE RETREATS… growth and knowledge.

This weekend will offer you a unique opportunity to truly open to new concepts and explore your relationship to your self, your world and your spirituality. The Modules are part of our four different professional courses and the weekends listed in green text in the Yearly Diary Page are particularly well suited to newcomers to our work.


The Retreat includes one night accommodation, breakfast, supper & full Course Module.


Your stay is for Saturday night and the Module starts Saturday morning at 11 and finishes on Sunday at 6pm, unless otherwise stated. However, many choose to arrive on the Friday before the Module weekend and you are welcome from any time between 3 – 11pm. Friday supper, bed & breakfast are not included in the programme and will be added to your retreat costs.
